Minimum order for embrodery is 144 pcs.
Lead-Time is 15 -20 days after sew-out or Pre production sample approval.

- Cancellation charge: $100 ($130.00 if pre-production sample was sent)
Yes you can Mix and match cap styles. But the minimum order for any one style is 12 caps.
Example: You can order 12 different styles of caps (144 pieces) and have your embroidered logo on each style.
There are no extra charges for mixing styles.
How To Order Embroidered Caps.
E-MAIL us a list of caps you would like to have embroidered. Make sure to have the order number of each style of cap.
E-mail us your artwork you would like to have embroidered. This will need to be camera ready artwork. If you don _ t have camera
ready artwork then e-mail us your logo design and we will see what we can do.
We will then estimate your Logo Stitch count and give you a price quote on the embroidery.
Before we can Produce a sew-out sample, we require a commitment fee. This fee is $12.00 per 1000 stitches.
Note: The Commitment fee will go toward the price of the embroidery as long as you place an embroidery order with us.
So as long as you place your order, you can then consider the commitment fee as a down payment.
If you decide to cancel your embroidery after we produce or when we are producing a sew-out then the commitment fee will not be refunded.
We will then produce a sew-out with your logo and e-mail you the results. A sew-out is a sample of your embroidery on some random fabric.
Sew-outs are not on actual caps. If you would Like a sample cap with your embroidery, there will be a charge for this.
If you approve of the embroidered sew-out
we will then send you a paypal invoice and begin production.
Changes CAN be made to your logo after a sew-out. This is done with-in reason.
There are no refunds on embroidered caps.
The MAXIMUM embroidery area on custom cap front is 2" high X 4" wide. Avoid small font size and fine detail. Bold and simple is the key for a great looking custom embroidered cap.
