When will I receive my order?
Caps ordered by the dozen are shipped within 1-2 days after the order is placed on our web site and most of our customers report receiving their order in about a week or less.
In some cases your order may have to ship from two separate warehouses.
Can I have my logo printed on the caps and visors?

What is your return policy?
We have one of the most generous return policies in the industry. We accept all returns within 30 days after the item(s) are received. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition to be eligible for a refund.
All returns must have a return authorization number issued by our Customer Care Department. For returns please Email us at returns@wholesalecamocaps.com
for a return authorization number and return instructions.
Exclusions: Orders over $100.00 are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Can I place my order over the phone?
We are no longer accepting orders over the phone. All orders must be placed online.
Do you offer free samples?
No. We do not offer free samples.
Do you offer discounts on large orders?
We only offer a discount on orders of 144 pieces and up. This also depends on items ordered.
